A single room with walls, trim, and ceiling typically takes three to five days once preparation begins; cabinetry refinishing adds a week for drying and curing between coats. Exterior repaint depends on the size of the home, the amount of wood repair required, and the weather, but most Dallas homes fall between one and two weeks. We provide a written schedule with milestone dates and work on one project at a time so the crew that starts your job is the crew that finishes it.
Living in the house
For interior work, we mask and protect furniture, floors, and fixtures, and we sequence rooms so you can move through the house. We use low-VOC products where possible and ventilate thoroughly. Exterior work is scheduled around dry weather windows, and we protect landscaping, hardscaping, and entryways while we are on site. The site is cleaned and tools staged at the end of every day.
Investment, in writing
Your scope of work is documented and signed before we begin, so the figure does not drift. Preparation, materials, and the number of finish coats are written in rather than added later. The work is covered by a written workmanship warranty handed over at the final walkthrough.
