Stone and brass are the easy part. What determines whether a bathroom is still beautiful in a decade is the assembly beneath it — a properly sloped pan, a bonded membrane sealed at every corner and penetration, a niche framed before the waterproofing rather than cut in after it.
We treat those layers with the same care as the finishes above them, then set tile by hand to a layout drawn in advance, so grout lines carry cleanly through benches, curbs, and niches. The result reads calm and inevitable, which is the only kind of luxury worth building.

Furniture-grade vanities built to the room rather than ordered to the nearest size — fluted, paneled, or flat-slab, with drawers routed around plumbing so the storage is usable. Sprayed finishes, soft-close hardware, and integrated lighting where it belongs.

Large-format porcelain, book-matched slab, marble mosaics, and handset feature walls. Layouts are drawn before the first cut so grout lines carry through niches, benches, and curbs instead of dying into an awkward sliver at the ceiling.

Timelines & what a renovation asks of you
A primary bath typically takes five to nine weeks on site; a powder room, three to five. Labor is rarely what sets that pace — tile and stone lead times, custom glass, and vanity fabrication do, which is precisely why selections are finalized before a wall is opened. You receive a written schedule with milestone dates before demolition, and we hold to one project at a time so momentum never leaves your house for someone else's.
Replacing finishes in place is straightforward. Relocating a drain, adding circuits, or taking down a wall is permitted work, and we handle those filings with the City of Dallas and neighboring municipalities. In Highland Park, University Park, Preston Hollow, and similar communities we prepare architectural review submittals ourselves.
Dust barriers seal the work area, floors and pathways are protected from the front door inward, and materials are staged outside your living space. If the bath under renovation is the only one in the house, we sequence the trades to shorten the stretch it is out of service. The site is swept and staged at the end of every working day.
Your scope of work is documented and signed before demolition, so the figure does not drift. Full primary bath renovations at this level of finish generally fall between roughly $35,000 and $110,000 depending on size, stone and tile selection, the fixture package, and whether plumbing moves; hall and powder baths sit considerably below that. Waterproofing and finish work are covered by a written workmanship warranty handed over at the final walkthrough.
